Who is responsible

Pace Mentor Driving School is responsible for enquiries through this website. Contact us at admin@pacementordriving.co.uk, +44 7555 164967, or 2 Crundale Avenue, Kingsbury, London NW9 9PL.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, postcode and lesson preference or driving experience. A phone number is optional. We also receive anything else you choose to tell us by email or telephone. Our hosting service may process technical information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, check your area and availability, and discuss suitable lesson options. Our lawful basis for responding to a requested service enquiry is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who receives it

Form enquiries are emailed to admin@pacementordriving.co.uk and stored in the website's WordPress form submissions area, which authorised site administrators can access. Our website hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. We do not sell enquiry details. If an email or hosting provider processes data outside the UK, the transfer must be covered by appropriate data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while responding and handling related follow-up. If you become a customer, relevant records may be retained for service, accounting or legal purposes. Otherwise, we delete enquiries when they are no longer needed for the reason you contacted us, subject to any legal obligation or dispute. You can ask about a particular record using the contact details above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, or object to or restrict its use. Contact us at admin@pacementordriving.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We do not use enquiry details for automated decisions about you.

Cookies and changes

See our cookie notice for the technology used when browsing. If we add analytics or advertising tracking, we will update these notices and provide any required choice before it runs.
